Available to individuals, families, and groups, “Choices” provides adaptable benefits in a modular fashion.
You can choose the coverage that best meets your needs by adding more optional benefits to the required core module.

This compulsory in-patient coverage is provided via the Choices Core Plan.
The Choices Plan can then be expanded by including extra covers from Modules 1, 2, and 3.
